Customer: consumer, non-commercial natural person, buying articles on the website
Offer: product offered for sale on the RIZANAA website according to the characteristics and price indicated
Product: items sold on the RIZANAA website
These general conditions of sale are concluded (hereinafter "the general conditions") are concluded between, on the one hand, the brand, sign and online store RIZANAA operated by RIZANAA registered with the RCS of Nanterre under the number 851981779 at 71 rue Jean Roger Thorelle in Bourg-la-Reine, 92340 (hereinafter referred to as "RIZANAA") and any non-commercial or professional natural person, the Client, wishing to make a purchase on the website (www. rizanaa.fr).
The general conditions exclusively govern the relationship between the customer and RIZANAA and define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by RIZANAA to customers.
The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by this contract which expresses all of their respective obligations, to the exclusion of any other condition, in particular those in force for sales in stores.
These general conditions may be subject to modification or adaptation at any time by RIZANAA.
They will be applicable as soon as they are put online.
2.1 These general conditions apply to all orders placed by customers on the RIZANAA site.
2.2 The customer acknowledges having read, before sending his order, these general conditions, and having had communication of all the information listed in article L 221-5 of the consumer code in a legible and understandable manner. The validation of your order implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.
3.1 The products governed by these general conditions are those which appear on the RIZANAA website. The product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
3.2 The products are offered within the limits of available stocks and RIZANAA does not guarantee, in any way, the maintenance of products and items for sale for a specified period.
In the event of an exhaustion or a shortage of stocks, RIZANAA undertakes to inform the customer who placed the order as soon as possible.
RIZANAA then undertakes to proceed, at the customer's convenience, either to reimburse the price of the item ordered unavailable, or to issue him a credit of the corresponding amount.
In the event of an order comprising several products, RIZANAA will proceed to the delivery of the other available items.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products and the price of the products are indicated on the pages containing the detailed description of the products with the greatest possible accuracy.
3.4. Products and sale items are not returned, exchanged or refunded.
4.1 To place an order, the customer must be a natural person aged over 18, or be a natural person aged under 18 and be emancipated,
4.2 The customer must, during the first order, proceed to the creation of a customer account (hereinafter profile) indicating his names and first names, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address and telephone contact details, and choice of 'a password,
Once the profile has been created, the customer can then identify himself for each order with the indication of his e-mail address and password.
Each client can only have one account with RIZANAA which reserves the right to delete multiple registrations.
4.3 The customer then selects the products he wishes to buy by entering the size, color and number of items, this selection is then placed in a basket
4.4 Once the basket has been validated, the customer will choose the address and delivery method, and also choose and confirm the payment method, this last step will then formalize the contract with RIZANAA
5.1 All payments must be made from a bank account held in the European Union.
5.2 Payments are made by bank card (Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by secure PayPal payment system.
5.3 All costs related to payment (bank transaction costs, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 In the event of purchase by bank card, the amount of the products will be debited when the products are dispatched.
5.5 In case of sold out or unavailable products, the amount of these products will not be debited.
PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
6.1 The prices of the products are those indicated in the offer at the time of the order. The prices are displayed in Euros and include the VAT in force in France at the time of the order.
6.2 The products remain the property of RIZANAA until full payment of the sale price.
6.3 The prices of the products indicated in the offer do not include delivery costs (postage, packaging and packaging of the package according to the amounts in force), which are invoiced in addition, unless otherwise stated or special conditions.
The amount of the delivery costs will be specified before validation of the order according to the selected delivery method.
7.1 Orders are shipped in Metropolitan France and Overseas, Corsica, Monaco and abroad.
7.2 The order is delivered to the Customer's address or to any other address mentioned by the Customer when ordering.
7.3 Deliveries are made according to the delivery methods chosen at the time of the order.
7.4 Products are delivered within the time limit indicated in the order summary. The delivery period runs from the receipt of payment made by the Customer.
Depending on each of the delivery methods chosen by the customer, then the conditions applied by the corresponding partner will apply (Colissimo- Mondial Relay / Colissimo international ...)
7.5 The customer must ensure that when ordering, in the form provided, fill in all of their delivery details and fixed or mobile telephone numbers.
The Customer will carefully fill in his delivery details and telephone number. Neither RIZANAA nor the Deliverer can be held responsible for an impossibility or a delay in delivery due to an error or imprecision in the delivery details.
7.6 Once the delivery has been made and the order has been received, the customer must immediately check whether it is complete, compliant and whether the products are free from anomalies.
Any complaints must be sent without delay to the Transport Company if the package has been delivered damaged.
In the event of non-conformity of the products or if these present defects, the customer must immediately inform the customer service by email via the website or at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
8.1 When purchasing RIZANAA products, the customer has a legal right of withdrawal provided for in article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code.
8.2 The withdrawal and return period for products purchased on the RIZANAA site is 14 clear days from the date of delivery (postmarked or postmarked).
8.3 The customer may return the products in their packaging and in their original condition (neither worn nor washed, still bearing their original labels).
8.4 RIZANAA undertakes to reimburse or exchange the returned articles, after checking their condition, and provided that the return complies with the conditions set out in articles 8.2 and 8.3 above.
8.5 The refund or exchange will be made within 30 days of receipt by RIZANAA of the items returned by the customer.
8.6 Reimbursement does not include delivery and return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.
9.1 All products, photographs and videos, as well as all of the elements of the RIZANAA website, whatever they may be, are the exclusive property of RIZANAA and its creator.
9.2 All the elements listed above, without this list being exhaustive, are protected by copyright, designs and models or trademarks or patents.
9.3 Reproduction of all or part of the products and elements of the website, whatever they may be, constitutes counterfeiting within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code.
10.1 RIZANAA cannot be held liable in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law.
10.2 Likewise, RIZANAA cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
11.1 The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him recorded by RIZANAA, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 "Information Technology and Liberties".
11.2 The customer may at any time object to RIZANAA from using his personal data recorded by RIZANAA. It will suffice for the customer to send a message via the contact form on the site.
DIVISIBILITY OF CLAUSES
The nullity, unenforceability, unlawfulness, lapsing or inapplicability of a clause due to a law, a regulation or a court decision which has become final, cannot call into question the validity, the legality, the applicability of the other clauses and stipulations of the General Conditions nor to exempt the client from the execution of his contractual obligations.
LITIGATION - MEDIATION
13.1 The General Conditions are exclusively established in French and subject to French law.
13.2 The parties will seek an amicable agreement before any litigation.
13.3 Under article L612-1 of the Consumer Code "All consumers have the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable termination of the dispute between them and a professional".

13.4 In the event of non-resolution of the dispute by mutual agreement, or mediation, the competent court in the event of a dispute will be that of the defendant's place of residence or, at the choice of the plaintiff, the place of actual delivery of the product.
13.5 The RIZANAA site complies with French law. RIZANAA does not guarantee the compliance of its site with the local laws which apply to you local to the customer's connection location from another country.
